 I never had a problem staying thin in my 20's and 30's. I  always stayed around 120-125 but after I had my kids, I could not get rid of my baby bump and then when I got into my forties, I quickly went up to 180. I could not believe it and I became extremely depressed. I even thought my husband might leave me, I mean I was too embarrassed to be intimate with him and it seemed like we were just drifting apart. 
     Every time I tried eating whole foods or a new, grueling exercise plan, I could not get the results others seemed to get from the same plan, I was so frustrated! Hi, My name is Frances and I wanted to say thanks for taking the time to read my story. I wanted to  share my experience with anyone having a hard time with the same issues I was going through. 
Just a small change to my morning routine led to a major transformation for me. I am so thankful and proud of myself at the same time.
 I'm a 54-year-old female, living a fairly active and healthy lifestyle. I have counted calories for more years than I can remember. 
A few years ago, I was having problems that came from going through "the change" and I experienced a fast, upward movement on the scale (up 45 in a year and much more after that). I had been going to the gym, working out with a trainer, speed walking three miles a day, and still counting calories.
 My energy kept getting lower, my skin was dull and lifeless, and I did not want to leave the house. I met with several doctors, underwent several tests and everything appeared to be normal.....everything except I was stuck with this excess bloating and bulge that would not budge. They put me on low-carb, intermittent fasting, long-term fasting, Paleo, whole food plans, keto, and just about every other food  plan out there. I almost gave up and resigned myself to the fact that things were not going to change...until my sister came for a visit.
When Beth came to see us, I had not seen her in a year and when she walked in the door I could not believe how good she looked. She looked absolutely beautiful, she was full of energy and glowing and she told me that the jeans she had on were a size 6! I was green with envy but so happy for her. 
 She knew what I was going through and she could see I was seriously having a hard time. I told her I had become discouraged with trying to lose and had practically given up. I was trying to solve a problem and I had no idea what was causing it. I continued to fail and could not get to the root of the issue. 
My sister told me that she understood because a while back she had been looking for a solution for herself. She went to a nutritionist who introduced her to this Unusual Japanese Breakfast Tonic that changed her life. It is more about what big corporate and the medical industry did not want me to know! I am so glad I began this morning routine. I want everyone who could benefit from it to know about it!
My husband is amazed at how much happier I am today! We are so much closer now:)  Even my friends keep commenting on how young and wonderful I look!! They keep asking me what I have done that is different.  I have more energy, I sleep better, and my skin is glowing. I have never felt better physically or mentally. My cravings are gone, I've stopped obsessing about the scales, my body is getting the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. My joints move better and I no longer have bloating and gas. My doctor was even amazed at my latest markers. I am so thrilled!  I can't believe it.....I can even fit into my daughter's jeans andhad to by a new wardrobe because my clothes were too big!
Daniel and I are doing things that we have not done in many years. I feel awake and alive! 
This new life is amazing and I owe it all to taking this simple 30 second survey!

 Even though I became much more energetic, I did not have to go through intense cardio or gym workouts to get results. 
Genetics
It has nothing to with genetics. Even though I thought that I inherited genes that made it hard for me to lose after a certain time in my life, I was wrong.
It Is Not The Fault of Carbs
 Giving up carbs or favorite foods and trying all of these hard-to-follow food plans is NOT the answer for the results we want. I still get to eat almost anything I like and I still enjoy my special treats. Because I am getting the nutrients my body needs to stay healthy I stay fuller longer and my cravings are practically gone.
